Taylor A Carlock

Taylor A. Carlock was born on June 30, 1999 in Boca Raton. Taylor walked into the loving arms of our Savior, Jesus Christ, on December 17, 2016 at the age of 17.  Taylor is survived by her parents Kirt Carlock and Susan Carlock (Sadkowski), her brother Hunter Carlock, half sister Erin Lung, grandparents Eugene Sadkowski and Josephine Carlock and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Taylor loved, and was loved by, so many people.  She always laughed and was that fun, silly girl wherever she went.  She loved music, cosmetics, beauty and fashion. She enjoyed going to the beach. She never judged anyone so everyone felt loved by her. Free spirited, she always did things her own way.

She enjoyed cheerleading with Cheer Florida, Boca Raton Christian School, and also Boca Raton High School.  She also loved lacrosse and played for Boca Raton High school as well.

Taylor loved children and her pets.   She has several younger cousins who looked forward to playing with her.   She had dreams of going to college and eventually becoming a pediatrician.     As a dog lover, she volunteered a lot of time with her family fostering dogs with Chesed Foundation dog and cat rescue. Those who came to visit always found different dogs in her home and the dogs loved hanging out with Taylor and her friends.

Rest in Peace Taylor. When we miss you we don’t have to go far.  We’ll just look in our hearts because that’s where you are. 

Memorial services for Taylor Carlock will be held at Glick Family Funeral Home on Saturday January 7, 2017.      Visitation will be held from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm and a funeral service will begin at 12:30.     Afterwards, a gathering of friends and family to celebrate Taylor’s life will take place at her home.
