I am sorry, I just became aware of Lou's passing. I had not been very active on Active Rain for a few months and that's where I knew Lou. He is greatly missed on that forum. His positive posts every day were read by many, including myself.

I have followed Lou for Years on Active Rain and was so happy to meet him when he taught a class at the Fort Lauderdale Board of Realtors. He was so kind always sharing and caring with everyone he meets. Rest In Piece Lou
