Dearest Jacqueline,
I just found out the terrible news about your mother's passing. I can't begin to express how sad I am for you and your family. She was such a lovely, caring person. I will never forget both of you being at Robert's service. I was away on my first trip in four years and when I got back found out this sad news. I would have been at her service had I been in town and known. I just want you to know my heart is heavy for you and I'm here for you anytime if you want to talk or just need a hug.
