It's with a heavy heart that I write these few words. Ed was my first boss right out of secretary school at Pinkerton's. Then he took me along to Sahlen & Associates, Unitel, Boston First Security, etc. Then he relocated to Boca Raton and wanted me to go along to work with him at Wackenhut but God had other plans for me. We always kept in touch. Will always be the best boss I ever had. He was a great man with a heart of gold. Loved his family so much. When Marilyn called me to give me the sad news I was heartbroken. Know that you now have another angel watching over you. I know that God had a special place for him. RIP Ed.

I write this with sorrow in my heart. Your loss is a heavy burden to carry. However, we have a large circle of family and friends, all of which share in your pain, to make sure that you are not alone while facing the days to come. I am sorry for your loss.
With deep respect and love... Jaime Restrepo

My heart goes out to Ed and he will be missed dearly. Ed was my step Dad and treated me as if I was his own son, there was never a moment that went by that he didn't offer concrete advice, weather the situation was thick or thin Ed had this special demeanor about himself to get his point a crossed in a gentleman's way. I loved Ed very much and would do anything I could to help him in anyway. The best memory I can remember about Ed was that he treated my Mom with respect, took care of her and loved her very much. He was truly a great man. Ed exemplified the meaning of treating his children with love, care and respect. His Family and friends will miss him dearly and he will always be remembered in our hearts and prayers each and every day, God Bless....
