Anyone who met Betty enjoyed a better life because of it. She had a way of putting things in the right order and what was really important. Her mission in life was to help people in need and also to just be a great friend. I often think of her when things are not going well for me and that usually takes care of it.

Dear Karen and Family,
The extremely sad news of your mom's death is something that i can still hardly believe. It is impossible to put into words how i feel, but you know many things I would say.Above all, I want you to know that, as one of your Mom's friend and a helper, I am with you in spirit, and for me it's hard to say she's gone. It's hard to forget the last day that giggle while we are laughing and she hugs me tight I did not know that is the last day i saw here....
My deepest sympathy to you and your Family.....
we will missed her a lot....
Very Sincerely,
Cherry Arzola

Hi Karen,
I was deeply saddened to hear of your Mom passing. She was an awesome lady who I had the privilege of getting to know during my school with her in YWAM. I loved hanging out with her and getting to visit her in CT and Florida. I will miss her and her sweet spirit and loving heart. She had a sweet sense of humor and made me laugh so much. I will always remember her. Praying for your peace in the midst of this.

I will always remember Grammy with the biggest, brightest smile on her face as she laughed her "little girl giggle." I always enjoyed the discussions that she, Jesse and I would get into and she had a most beautiful way of writing letters and sending them just when I needed it.
I love Grammy and wish her peace on her continued journey. She has some beautiful people to keep her company, some I loved as well and some I never had the privilege of meeting. I know she will be in loving arms.
Many condolences to the Vanek and Miller families and everyone else whose lives were touched by this beautiful woman.
Much love.
