Dorothy Missirlian

Dorothy Missirlian of Boynton Beach passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, November 26, 2016.  She was 84 years old. Dorothy was born in Rego Park, New York to parents Nerses and Ardemis Bedrosian.  She had a creative and giving soul; she loved decorating and entertaining her guests especially her children and grandchildren.   

Dorothy was a strong independent woman who always spoke her mind and stood firm in her morals and beliefs till her last moment. Dorothy moved to South Florida in 2004 and joined St. David Armenian Church of Boca Raton where she made many friends and felt at home.

Dorothy will be sadly missed by her loving daughter Arlene Siegel and her devoted son Phil Missirlian. She is also survived by her grandchildren Tammi Cooke, Heather (Marc) Gold, Lisa (Gregory) Tessitore, Dawn (Kyle) Missirlian and Mark Missirlian.  Great grandchildren Samantha Cooke, Gabriel Tessitore, Camden Gold and Carter Gold.  Dorothy also leaves behind her sister Lita (Ara)  Nersesian; her sister Alice (Berj) Kalustan as well as many loving nieces and nephews.  

Viewing and Funeral Services will take place on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 beginning at 11:00am at St. David Armenian Church of Boca Raton.
