Alice Barbar

Alice Barbar, 89, of Boca Raton passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2016.

Alice was preceded in death by her husband George E. Barbar in 2007.  She is survived by her children Anthony (Vicki), Philip (Connie), Vicky (Robert Hanna), John (Lynn), and Andrew (Ramona), 12 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and brother Elias Karram. 

She was a gracious lady who gave so much of her life to her family. She loved and respected our father and supported him in ways which allowed him to prosper in his work. She cherished her children and poured herself into all of us. She taught us how to love, forgive, be gracious, generous, caring, authentic and most importantly to have faith in God.  Today, may each of us invest in the lives of those we love, so the memories created in our home will truly be invaluable.  Thanks Mum for teaching us all so many lessons and for living a life that is pleasing to God. We love you.

A visitation will be held from 1-2 pm on Sunday, July 17 where a funeral service will begin at 2:00 pm.  Burial will follow at the Boca Raton Cemetery.
 

The family requests expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers be made to the Boca Raton Community Church.
