Lena was one of my very favorite people. Her kindness, warm friendship and exquisite hospitality always made me feel at home. Lena's devotion to family and her mealtimes are legendary. I am blessed to have known her and will miss her twinkling eyes and sweet smile for the rest of my days.

Loving friend and neighbor for the past 13 years. Our community would not be what it is without her input and devotion, attention to detail and involvement. My sister's and I were all together this weekend, We were preparing Sunday dinner our memories turned to your Mother. We spoke of your New Dorp home and spending time in the pool. Sweet Lena showering us with her kindness and a soft voice. You could feel her love, she will be missed.
