Walter “Wally” James Forman 

January 08, 1953 – September 1, 2020 

Resident of Deerfield Beach, Fl 

Wally passed away peacefully at Boca Raton Regional Hospital in the middle of his fight with stage 4 colon cancer. Originally from Miami, he relocated to Boca Raton in his early teen years and attended Boca Raton High School. 

He was the third of five children born to the late Mary and James Forman. Left behind is his high school sweetheart and beloved wife of 45 years, Kathy Forman. Three children Walter “Randy”, Joshua, and Katie Forman. Three grand children Mikerria Edwards, Aidan Shin, and Mikael Edwards. Mother-in-law Juanita Smith. A daughter-in-law Christina Doll. A brother Dwayne “Pete” Forman and two sisters Raylene “Sis” Thompson and Althea “Bossy” Cubbage. Four Nephews Walter Pelt, Gary Cubbage, Scott and Shane Forman. Three nieces Kim Fletcher, Robin Woodward, and Andrea Keller. His countless friends that he considered to be his family. 

He loved his family but the true apple of his eye was his grand-baby Mikael. He was a championship winning softball player, avid golfer, a die hard NASCAR fan, a loyal friend, business owner, great cook, life of the party, shit talking smartass, showed tough love, and just over all an amazing one of a kind person to know. He touched the lives of many with his fun-loving spirit, endless generosity, and maintained his trademark sense of humor all the way till the end.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects on Friday, September 18 from 5 to 8pm and a celebration of life ceremony on Saturday, September 19 starting at 11am to be held at Glick Family Funeral Home. Address: 3600 N Federal Hwy, Boca Raton, FL 33431.
