Timothy James Smith

Timothy J. Smith, age 44 of Lantana, FL passed away at JFK medical center from COVID 19. He was born June 24th, 1977 to Stephen D. and Patricia L. Smith of Campbell, NY. He graduated Campbell Central High School in 1995 and attended Corning Community College. His greatest joys were his family, especially his children, golf, downhill skiing and all his time spent at Lake Keuka.

He is survived by his wife of 11 years, Jennifer Haggerty Smith, His children Mackenzie Mosher of Elmira NY, Caleb Polmanteer of Avoca NY and Kyle James Smith of Boca Raton, FL.

He is also survived by his parents, brother and best friend Todd P. Smith (Ana and niece Allison) of Orlando, FL. Aunts and uncles Paul and Marie Smith of Richardson, Texas. Susan and Daniel Cook of Corning, NY; Leon and Carrie Smith of Horseheads, NY; Dodie and Kyle Briggs of Bristol Harbor, NY and James Smith of Corning, NY; Mother-in-law Phyllis Haggerty; and brother-in-law to Pamela and Seth Waller.  He had many devoted friends in both New York and Florida.  Tim was preceded by his grandparents, James E. and Mary Lou Smith and James E. and Dorothy Robson, and father-in-law Michael J. Haggerty.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday September 19, 2021 from 11-1pm at Glick Family Funeral Home in Boca Raton with a Funeral Service to begin at noon.  For those unable to attend in person, please join us by clicking on this link http://meet.google.com/ppd-gbvt-qdd.  In addition, a celebration of Tim’s life will be held at a later date in New York State.
