Stan Anderson was born in September of 1943 in New York to Percy Anderson and Mary Higgins. Stan focused on music and athletics early in life. He was lead chair trumpet for many years through high school and college as well as All- State in gymnastics and baseball. After college, Stan moved to South Florida to start his own business, eventually evolving into a career he loved, caring for the mental health and sobriety of others. Stan was dedicated to helping anyone who wanted to get sober and found great happiness in that pursuit. He leaves behind three children Mathew, Chris and Nancy, as well two grandchildren, Troy and Angelina. His sense of humor and love for others will be missed.
A memorial service will be held on October 19, 2025, from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm at the 101 Club, located at 700 SW 10th Street in Pompano Beach, FL 33060.
