Sonia M. Rodriguez

On September 1, 2020, Sonia Migdalia Rodriguez, went on to be with the Lord at the age of 61 in Boca Raton, Florida.

Sonia was born in her beloved Honduras on December 24, 1958. She married the love of her life, Carlos Omar Rodríguez, in December of 1981. They later immigrated to the United States and raised their two children in Florida. Sonia was a loving wife, caring mother, cherished mother-in-law, and amazing “abuela.” She generously gifted her unconditional love and wanted nothing but the best for the people that surrounded her. She kept her faith through all her trials and left a wonderful legacy for all of us.  Keep focused on what is truly important, not only when your life is easy, but when its difficult too and never forget to be thankful to God.

Sonia is survived by her husband and life partner, Carlos Omar Rodriguez, her children, Gabriela Rodríguez (Juan Jose Rodriguez) and Jean Carlos Rodríguez (Pamela Rodriguez), and her grandchildren, Adrian Jose Rodriguez, Abigail Victoria Rodriguez, and Aden Gabriel Rodriguez. She will be dearly missed by everyone who had the privilege of being loved by her.

A visitation will be held at The Glick Family Funeral Home located at 3600 N. Federal Highway, Boca Raton, FL 33431 from 11:00am to 1:30pm. It will be followed by a burial service at Boca Raton Cemetery and Mausoleum, 451 SW 4th Avenue, Boca Raton, FL 33431.
