Simeon Chu

Simeon Chu  1937-2018

Formerly of Trujillo, Peru; Simeon passed away on May 7th in Boynton Beach, Florida.  He spent most of his life in Peru and moved to Florida in 2000.

Simeon enjoyed spending time outside, bicycling, fishing, swimming and socializing.  What he loved most of all, was being surrounded by his family.  He was an excellent cook, there was nothing better to Simeon than family eating together and enjoying each other's company.  He was a very loving, helpful and joyful man.  

Visiting hours will begin at 1:00 pm on Saturday at Glick Family Funeral Home with a celebration of life service at 3:00 pm
