Shana Michelle Reardon Ponters left this earth on June 10, 2022. She was 57 years old.
Shana was born on April 13, 1965, at Williams Air Force Base Hospital, Chandler, Arizona.
Her survivors include her sons, Nathan and Brett Ponters; her father, Dennis Reardon (Lynn), Hudson, Ohio; her mother, Barbara Taylor (Bill), Ignacio, Colorado; and her brother Tony (Dawn), Mount Airy, Maryland. Shana has one nephew, Kirk (Mount Airy, Maryland), and three nieces: Michaela (Trey), Vinton, Virginia; Maria (Zach), Laredo, Texas, and Olivia (Mount Airy, Maryland).
Shana served in the United States Air Force for four years. At the time of her death, Shana was employed by Coach (Tapestry, New York, New York) as its award-winning South Florida/Puerto Rico District Manager. Shana was beautiful -- a strong and powerful force. Her spirit remains with us.
A Celebration of Shana’s Life will be held on Friday, August 12, 2022, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Glick Family Funeral Home, 3600 N. Federal Highway, Boca Raton, Florida 33431 where a service will be held at 2:30 PM. Since this event is a "Celebration" of Shana's life, the family requests that attendees dress with bright and colorful attire.
