Scott Elliott Jackson passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 13, 2025, at the age of
54. Scott was a beloved father, son, brother, uncle, nephew and friend.
Scott was born on his father’s birthday, on October 16, 1970. Scott and his twin brother, Keith,
were the first set of identical twins born in Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Scott is a Florida boy who reinvented his life in Upstate South Carolina during the Covid
lockdown. Scott loved the people and the slower paced living in Upstate South Carolina. He
loved motorcross, fishing, kayaking, hiking, and camping. When anyone would visit Upstate
South Carolina, Scott would be their hiking and historical tour guide. Scott was kind and had a
generous heart and would help anyone any time of the day or night. Scott loved life and the
people that surrounded him.
Scott is survived by his son Nicholas, father Rick (Mary and Myles), twin brother Keith (sister-in-law Georgette),
brother Ryan, sister Laura (brother-in-law Derek), nephews Connor, Kyle, Ryan, Christian,
Declan and Dawson; aunts and uncles. Scott is predeceased by his mother, Linda Prowe
Jackson, maternal grandparents, William Prowe and Barbara St. Germain and paternal
grandparents, Richard Jackson and Sara (Sally) Jackson.
A gathering and service will take place on Saturday, February 1, 2025, between
2:00PM-4:00PM (with a service to be held at 3:30PM) at Glick Funeral Home 3600 North
Federal Highway, Boca Raton, FL 33431.
