Robert Bernard Kalliche Weber, also known as Robert Bernard Weber, Jr., lovingly known as “Rob” or “Robby” by family and friends, passed away at the age of 46 in Boca Raton, Florida.
Rob was the first child born to Penni Kalliche Weber and Robert Bernard Weber, Sr. on August 26, 1978 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He graduated from the University of Miami in 2005 with a degree in civil engineering. Rob dedicated his career to protecting Florida’s coastline as the Coastal Coordinator for the Town of Palm Beach, where he played a vital role in restoring and preserving local beaches—work that reflected his deep care and respect for the environment. His commitment left a lasting mark, not only on the shoreline, but on the lives of those who worked alongside him.
Robby was a thrill seeker, adventurer, and avid sports fan. Fueled by the untimely death of his cousin, and a boss that pleaded with him to get a hobby before he burned himself out with work; he found a love for traveling and running. Rob had an adventurous spirit and a deep desire to physically challenge himself. He ran countless races across the country, often reuniting with his lifelong best friend, Brian, along the way. He proudly reached the highest point of all 50 states—a feat that reflected both his determination and love for outdoors. When he wasn't on the move he could be found cheering from the stands at all kinds of sporting events, especially during college football season, always faithful to the Miami Hurricanes.
Robby was the beloved husband to Mandy, his supportive partner of 27 years. Married in 2003, they soon welcomed their only daughter, and love of Rob’s life, Kallie, in 2005. Robby took his role as “Cheer Dad” to heart and wore the title with pride. In a building full of cheerleaders, he was always the loudest, most enthusiastic one — cheering the hardest, smiling the widest, and supporting his daughter with all the love in the world. Rob is preceded in death by his mother Penni Kalliche Weber and his grandparents Janet and Charles Kalliche, whose memory he carried with him always. Rob is survived by his wife Mandy, his daughter Kallie, his father Robert Bernard Weber, Sr. (Bernie), two loving sisters Kelsey (Jeff) Kupiec and Carli (Troy) Kristof, his mother and father-in-law Fashi and Mike Gershkoff, his mother-in-law Nelly Hatami, three loving sister-in-laws Cynthia, Roxanna, and Natalia Hatami, his brother-in-law and sister-in-law Mike and Delaila Hatami. He was the “fun” uncle to Cassi, Karina, Ethan (Kelsey and Jeff), Ryan, Charles, Nicholas, and Luke (Carli and Troy), Leila, Fahren (Mike and Delaila), and Caden (Cynthia).
A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9, 2025, at Glick Family Funeral Home located at 3600 N Federal Hwy, Boca Raton, Florida. Visitation from 11a.m. to 1p.m. with service to follow from 1p.m. to 2pm. All who knew and loved Rob are welcome to attend.

Rob packed a lifetime of love, laughter, and adventure into the years he had. Though God called him home too soon, we trust he is now at peace in the eternal light of Christ—free from pain and embraced by life everlasting. May his memory be eternal.
