In Loving Memory of Robert D. Hevert
A private service will be held at a future date.
Robert David Hevert, born September 29, 1986, passed unexpectedly on February 2, 2026, at the age of 39.
Robert was a beloved son, brother, and uncle. He was a certified pilot, IT and EMR expert, musician, gamer, scuba diver, fitness enthusiast, and a friend to all who knew him. Robert could light up a room with his charisma, honesty, and sharp wit. He was a lover of history, avidly reading and applying lessons from non-fiction accounts of the great civilizations.
His life was not easy, battling hidden pain with dignity and profound resolve. No matter how difficult things were for him, he always picked himself back up and stood to face the day. For all who knew him, his enormous heart and authenticity left a lasting impression. He was a loving, respectful, caring, and deeply grateful son whose life ended far too soon.
He possessed remarkable intelligence, vibrant energy, and a heartfelt devotion to his family. Robert had an adventurous spirit, having traveled the world from Europe to the Far East. He was always curious about culture, people, and cuisine. He cared deeply about history, politics, and his faith – and would entertain conversation and debate with conviction and intelligence.
Robert will be sorely missed not only by his family and friends, but by all whose lives were touched by the wonderful memories he created. His spirit of kindness, curiosity, and generosity leaves a lasting mark on everyone who knew him.
May he now explore the mysteries of the universe and be reunited with loved ones under the care, love, and guidance of God Almighty.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his loving parents Elizabeth and David, his sister Elizabeth Anne, brothers James and Jeffrey, sister in law Dina, brother in law Gabriel, his niece and nephews, and two beautiful Great Danes whom he adored deeply, Romulus and Remus.
