Ray Miller Clark

Ray Miller Clark, 80, of Boca Raton, Florida, passed away on February 5th, 2021 after a brief battle with Pneumonia.

Ray was born on November 10th, 1940 in Salisbury, Maryland to Ernest and Ruth Clark and had two brothers, David and Richard Clark.

Ray served in the United States Air Force from 1958 to 1963.  While in basic training he met and married his wife, Jo Ann Dunn.  They had 4 children together, Mark Harrison Clark, Robert Kirkwood Clark, Kimberly Broussard Clark and Ray Miller Clark Jr.

After leaving the service he went to work for IBM where he had a long and distinguished career.  He became an integral part in the development of the personal computer and eventually was tasked with heading up a team to work with General Motors to incorporate computers into their automobiles.

Ray retired in 1990, and two years later lost his beloved wife, Jo Ann, to a brain aneurysm.  We can only imagine what that reunion on February 5th was like for both of them!

He is survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Ray will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.
