Peter Blake McAllister

Peter Blake McAllister, aged 72, passed peacefully on Sunday, April 7th, 2024, after a valiant one year battle with Leukemia.

Peter was born in Norwalk, CT on May 3rd, 1951. He was raised in Cedar Grove, NJ and graduated from Monmouth University but lived most of his life in Boca Raton and the Florida Keys.  In Boca Raton, Peter began his professional career as a Stockbroker and later experienced much success as a Real estate Broker/Developer for more than 25 years at PBM Development. In Key Largo, always with family and friends, he enjoyed fishing and boating while owning the Pilot House Marina. In his younger years, he was also an excellent pilot who loved flying his single engine Cessna to the Bahamas.

His greatest accomplishment and pride came from his wonderful family of 4 children and 5 grandchildren.  Peter is survived by son Matthew McAllister and wife Jennifer McAllister and their daughter Riley and son Mason; daughter Kendall McAllister Gearhart and husband Gregory Gearhart and their son Branson, daughter Karis, and son Beckham; son Christopher Chase McAllister and daughter Peyton McAllister.

Peter was greatly loved and will be missed by all.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 4-7 PM on Thursday, April 11 at Glick Family Funeral Home in Boca Raton where a Funeral Service will begin at 5:00 PM.
