Pedro Jose Prado, age 91, passed away peacefully on May 30, 2025, in Boca Raton, Fl.
Born in Bobures, Venezuela on January 1, 1934, he was a beloved husband of Marina Prado for 60 years.
Pedro was a dedicated Chemistry Professor in his early career, followed by eleven years as a laboratory technician for the City of Delray Beach Water Treatment Plant. In retirement, Pedro was the caregiver to his treasured granddaughters, enjoyed traveling the country on hiking trips with his wife and spent countless hours exercising to keep his body strong.
He is survived by his loving wife, Marina; two sons and daughters-in-law, Jessie and Lauren, Alex and Mandi; granddaughters, Penelope and Arabella.
A funeral service will be held at Glick Family Funeral Home on June 2, 2025 at 12:00PM. Burial will follow at the Boca Raton Cemetery.
