Paul Morabito (November 28, 1951 - December 3, 2024) was born in East Patchogue, NY, to Francesco and Jennie (Foti) Morabito, alongside siblings Pat and Linda. He was raised on Columbus Avenue, surrounded by the love of many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Here he created memories and bonds that lasted a lifetime.
Paul later moved to Boca Raton, FL, where he and his wife Kim raised their three children —Kristin, Kyle, and Kara. Paul’s children recall that throughout their childhood Paul loved them unconditionally and unwaveringly. There was nothing he wouldn’t do for his kids, even at a moment’s notice. Being a great father was Paul’s true passion. Paul’s generosity and kindness extended to his children’s friends who Paul treated as extended family. Paul was known by those close to him for his quirky sense of humor, and infectious endearment.
A lifelong lover of music, Paul found joy in listening to artists such as The Beatles, James Taylor, and Eric Clapton. Paul also enjoyed playing the keyboard and writing songs. In his last decade of life, Paul’s greatest joy came from spending time with his grandchildren—Ryan, Sloan, Olivia, Luke, and Juliette. You could always count on him to arrive bearing sweet treats, and gifts for them.
In Paul’s final years, when his health began to fail, his children were given the opportunity to care for him and provide him with the same unconditional love that he provided them throughout their childhood.
Paul had a huge heart and a fighting spirit that endured until the very end. May his memory live on forever in our hearts.
