Mary Louise Zapata Delgado

Mary L Zapata Delgado, 92, the anchor of our family, unexpectedly entered into heaven’s gates on September 2, 2023.

Mary was predeceased by her son, Jorge L Torres and is survived by her loving husband of 42 years Alberto Delgado, her daughters Marie Rose, Susan Delgado, and Michelle Lumpkin, her son-in-law’s Rey Lumpkin and Wayne Rose and daughter-in-law Katrina Torres. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Jada, Jorgie, Jayden, Matthew, Nina, Marisa, and Miranda; her great grandchildren: Alexis, Gabe, Cameron, and Ellie.

She lived her life with passion and purpose, enjoying every moment of every day. She will be missed by those who called her wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.

A memorial service will be held in her honor on Friday, September 8, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Glick Family Funeral Home, Boca Raton, FL.
