Marion Winifred Gruman, age 88, died peacefully while surrounded by her family on April 30th, 2022 in her home in Boynton Beach, Florida.
Marion was born in England on November 17th, 1933 to Winifred and Harry Parker. After she graduated from nursing school, she came to America in search of adventure and pursue of new dreams. Marion, while working as a nurse in New York, met William Gruman who was visiting a friend in the hospital. They fell in love, got married, and built a life and family together.
Marion is survived by her four children: Nikola, Tracy, Leslie, and Atom, six grandchildren, five great grandkids and her beloved sister Janet.
Apart from spending time with her family and friends, Marion liked to paint, play tennis and swim.
Marion had a compassionate and loving personality and touched so many lives, not only at home but also while at work, at the tennis court, at the pool and in her community. Marion, even after passing, continues to educate and care for others donating her remains to science.
