Mario Italo Teza (1926 - 2021)
Mario passed away peacefully on February 14, 2021, at 94 years of age. He was surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of the late Shirley Teza née Duff (1931-2018). They shared 65 years of marriage.
Born in Guatemala City, he moved to Pittsburg, Pa where he graduated Saint Vincent college with a bachelors degree in Biology. He also attended The University of Pittsburgh where he received a masters degree in Language. During his time at University of Pittsburgh he taught Spanish. He worked for Parke-Davis (now Pfizer) for 37 years. He was a member of St Jude’s Parish.
Mario always treated everyone he met with kindness and respect. He will always be remembered for his love of family and his dapper wardrobe.
He is survived by his seven children: Louise Quinon Teza, her three children Edward, Elizabeth, Samantha and her husband Jason Snair along with his great great grandson Flynn; his son James Teza and his wife Kim; Richard Teza, and his wife Tina, and daughter Emily; Lorraine Teza; Christine Teza, her and husband Garth Witcoski, and their two daughters Amelia and Simone; Regina Holt Teza, and her husband Bill Holt, and their two children Jasper and Maya; Jennifer Noesner and her husband Guenter Nosener, and their daughter Lucy and his friend and loving companion Angela Sullivan.

There will be no memorial services at this time due to Covid. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to ACTS
