Marilyn Dorothy Gaglianello

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the death of our beloved mother, Marilyn Dorothy Gaglianello, 97.

Marilyn, was born in Brooklyn, New York to Dorothy Thoden and Adolf Deister. She graduated from Grover Cleveland High School in 1943 and went on to Berkeley College to become a secretary. She and her husband, Joseph, were married for 52 years, until his death in 2000.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Donald Deister. She is survived by her 4 children: Susan Stevens and husband, David Johnson, of Clearlake, CA, Joseph Gaglianello and wife, Mary, of Boca Raton, FL, Robert Gaglianello and wife, Jennifer, of Bradenton, FL, and Patricia Yoder of Delray Beach, FL. She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Brian Yoder. She is survived by 12 Grandchildren and 10 Great- Grandchildren. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was loved and will be greatly missed.

Friends and family may call from 3:00pm to 4:00pm on Saturday, November 11, with the Memorial Service starting at 4:00pm at Glick Family Funeral Home, 3600 N. Federal Highway, Boca Raton, FL 33431. The family requests expressions of sympathy be made to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 6301 SW 18th St., Boca Raton, FL  33433.
