Marie Catherine Lowrance

On Friday, June 21, 2024, our beloved Marie Catherine Burris Lowrance passed away at the age of 78. 

Marie made significant contributions throughout her life. Every venture she undertook thrived, flourished, achieved remarkable success, and sparked inspiration. Her legendary career spanned various industries, including fashion, industry entertainment, beauty, entrepreneurship, and clinical skincare. 

As a child, Marie was a tomboy at heart, excelling at sports. She was an outstanding baseball player and a key member of her high school all-girls basketball team.

Marie had an extraordinary ability to instill hope and inspire confidence in others. She made everyone she met feel that anything was possible, helping them everlastingly believe in themselves regardless of their circumstance. She dedicated her life to teaching others how to care for themselves, feel great about who they were, and flourish. She was a passionate advocate for women's empowerment, believing fervently in the importance of women supporting other women and lifting one another up, leading constantly by example.

Marie’s presence exuded grace, elegance, and style. She approached life with a tenacity that was truly inspiring. Above all, love was her center. Love was her superpower. Love was and will always be Marie, forever illuminating the way for others. We miss you so badly it hurts. With a promise to live life to the fullest, we will celebrate you with every breath we take.

She leaves to cherish her memories to her partner, Donald De Paola, her children Jo Marie Ward, Edward Lowrance, and Lisa Chambers, her 10 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, her sisters, brothers, and host of extended family and dear friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Glick Family Funeral Home in Boca Raton, FL on Friday, June 28, 2024 at 1:00PM.
