Maria Newport Obituary

Maria Elena Newport 86, of Deltona passed away Sunday July 6th, 2026, in Boca Raton with her family at her side.

Born June 2nd, 1940, in Guatemala City, she was the daughter of late Antionio and Guadelupe (Jáuregui) Rimola.

Surviving her are her husband Grover Newport of Deltona and children, Tavane (Angel) Vettorazzi of Guatemala, Mariela (Byron) Rosales of Guatemala, Alex (Barbara) Newport of Orlando, Tony Newport of Daytona, Linda Newport of Deltona, Susan (Robert) Stangarone of Boca Raton, Josephine (Bobby) Fletcher of Howie in the Hills; 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her 6 siblings.

Service is at 12pm on Thursday July 9th at Glick Family Funeral Home. Burial service at 9:30am on Friday July 10th at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery.
