Margie Vann entered into heaven on Sunday morning July 7, 2024, at age 86 to be with God and reunite with so many before her. She was surrounded by family, friends, and caregivers. Margie was the proud mother of daughters, Heidi and Jodi, who she was very close to.
She spent most of her life in Wisconsin where she was born, grew up, and raised her family. Margie was devoted to her faith and was part of a wonderful church community. She raised and trained Shetland Sheepdogs (Shelties) and won many awards and ribbons from the Agility shows. She created lifelong friendships within the dog community who were with her until the end. Margie was also a tennis player and enjoyed different tennis leagues.
Margie contributed so much to the community through her church and also worked as an office manager for several small businesses in Wisconsin. She had a strong work ethic, was very patriotic, and was dedicated all around to her faith, family, friends, and country.
She will be remembered for her positive outlook, her smile, her laugh, her sense of humor and always bringing joy to those around her. Her wonderful chocolate cookie recipe will continue on, along with many others.
Margie is now reunited with her parents in heaven, Irv and Margaret, and so many other family and friends. We wish her everlasting peace until we meet again.
The family would like to thank Sonata Boca Raton and the Trustbridge Hospice for their care and compassion.
The family requests expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers be made to the American Humane Society.
