Margherita Colella

It is with deep love and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Margherita Colella, who left us peacefully on October 14, 2025.

Born in Pomigliano D’Arco, Italy, Margherita immigrated to the United States with her parents, brothers, and sisters in the late 1950s. Shortly after, she met and married the love of her life, Giampaolo Colella, in 1958. Together, they built a beautiful life and raised two children — Nunzio and Lina — whom they nurtured with love, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to family.

Margherita had a gift for making every gathering special. She loved to cook, entertain, and fill her home with warmth, laughter, and the irresistible aromas of her kitchen. Holidays were her favorite time of year — she went all out to make them magical, preparing feasts that brought family and friends together and created lasting memories for everyone who knew her.

She will be remembered for her boundless generosity, her radiant spirit, and the love she poured into every meal, every celebration, and every act of care. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of her children, her family, and all those blessed to have shared in her life.

Margherita is survived by daughter Lina, son Nunzio/Nick and his spouse Tricia,  granddaughter Victoria Listle and her spouse Hayden, grandsons JP and Chris, and great-granddaughter Kylar.

She is dearly missed and will forever remain in our hearts.

A visitation will be held from 4-8 PM on Monday, October 20 at Glick Family Funeral Home in Boca Raton where a Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 PM.  A Committal  service will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, October 21 at the Boca Raton Mausoleum in Boca Raton.
