Liam Michael Cushing

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Liam Michael Cushing on April 21, 2023. Liam touched the lives of so many during his 39 years with us, leaving behind memories of joy, laughter, and a life fully lived.

Liam was a true renaissance man, pouring his heart into every passion he pursued. From his love of travel, camping, and fishing, to his enjoyment of motorcycles, gardening, and animals, Liam brought his infectious energy and enthusiasm to everything he did. He was particularly fond of horseback riding and pickleball more recently.

As a beloved son, brother, uncle, friend, and coach, Liam leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness. He is survived by his Mom, Charlene Singer of Boca Raton, his Dad, James Cushing of Kissimmee, his sisters Kimberly Hurley and her husband JM, Briana Rosato and her husband Angelo. 

Liam was also a cherished uncle to his nephew, Dominic, and his three nieces, Alicia, Emma, Mollie, and his beloved partner, Stephanie “Steph” Kukich, and his rescue dog, Jackson, from Jackson Hole, WY.

Liam's passion for tennis was evident throughout his life. He grew up in Mountain Lakes, New Jersey, where he was a ranked junior tennis player in the USTA. He then went on to attend Coastal Carolina on a tennis scholarship. Liam spent over 20 years as a tennis professional and coach in South Florida, making friends everywhere he went.

Although Liam is no longer with us, his spirit lives on through the memories he created with those who loved him. He will be deeply missed, and his impact on our lives will never be forgotten.
