Kurt Charles Hoffman, from Chicago, IL passed away at his home in Parkland, FL on April 8, 2019.

Kurt is survived by his mother June, his brothers Derrick, Brant and Sandy, his son Christopher, and two granddaughters Makayla and Madison.

He was a man who was loved and will be deeply missed.

A visitation will be held at Glick Family Funeral Home in Boca Raton, FL on Wednesday, April 17th from 4:30-7:30 pm. Funeral service will be the following day, Thursday, April 18th, at the funeral home at 10 am, followed by interment at the Boca Raton Mausoleum.
