Kristian Longo

On January 30, 2023, Kristian Longo, 50, amazing, beloved, compassionate son, brother, husband and father passed away.  He has left a void that will never be filled.  He will remain forever in our hearts and we pray, peacefully cradled in the arms of God and his mother.

Kristian was born in Poughkeepsie, NY on July 10, 1972 and moved the Boca Raton in 1978.  He attended Addison Mizner Elementary School, Spanish River High School, and graduated from Florida State with a BA in Finance.  Kristian worked for Gallo, New York Life, New England Financial and Med Receivables Financial Management Group.

Kristian loved working out, fishing, blowing the lawn with his blower, watching his children play sports but most of all spending his spare moments with his wife, girls, and extended family.

Kristian was preceded in death by his mother Andrea Longo and his father Joe Longo.  He is survived by his wife and love of his life for 20 years, Rebecca, his daughters Riley & Raegan, sister Danielle (Anthony) Guzzetta and their 2 daughters Gianna and Bella, brother Joe (Shannon) Longo and their 2 daughters Alexi and Hannah, and his 2 dogs who he loved and adored, Snowy and Daisy.

Kristian is also loved by many friends, Freddie Russo, his childhood friend from 6th grade and Jeff Phipps, one of his best friends that he met in high school.  Some of the others that stand out include Clay Burch, Clay Olsen, Johnny Morrissey, Scottie Rubin, Scott Smith, Dave Gardella, Shannon Daigle (who he will meet in Heaven), Pete Flanagan, Lenny Silvestri, Jerry Corrigan, Damon Brush, Josh Mittenthal, Jeff Melanese, Todd Johnson and of course, Ed Meehan who was like a father to him.

A gathering of Family and friends will be held from 2:30-3 PM on Monday, February 6th at Glick Family Funeral Home in Boca Raton where a Celebration of Life Service will begin at 3:00 PM.  Please wear “bright colors” in memory of Kristian.
