Kimberly (Kim) Anne Stein passed from this life on December 13, 2025. She left us too soon, but those who knew her recognized that her presence was big enough for multiple lifetimes.
Kim’s soul was a New Yorker, born in Whitestone, Queens and graduating from City and Mercy Colleges. She cut her first sales teeth in Manhattan and the rest of the state, and then throughout her life became an an incredibly well-known, well-respected, and wonderfully tough and well-loved businessperson, with her focus on relationships, problem-solving, and mentoring future sales stars.
Kim’s wife Catherine fell fully in love with her 18 years ago when she turned to Kim in the office, and saw her dancing to the tune of a dot-matrix printer; how could one not love a heart filled with so much exuberance?
Kim lived every moment with style, with panache, and most of all, with joy. Kim’s life was filled with her truly beloved work, with animals, travel, good food and good drink, and relaxing time under the Florida sun.
But more than anything else, Kim valued her friends. And with those friends, she lived every moment brilliantly, loudly (!) and authentically — to honor her legacy may we all do the same.
Kim is survived by her wife Catherine, her sister Debra, and her brother Christopher.
