John Richard Selig

John R Selig, 60, passed away peacefully on September 17, 2024, in Boca Raton, Florida. Born on March 29, 1964, John was the quintessential of hard work and dedication. Both in his professional career as a general contractor for over 30 years, and as a father to his two children, Steven & Samantha. His work ethic was unparalleled, often working long hours to ensure the comfort and security of his family, whom he loved deeply.

John’s commitment to his family extended beyond providing; he was actively involved in their lives, whether it was coaching Little League or teaching his children the value of hard work and perseverance. 

His wife, Janice, was his partner in every sense, supporting each other through life's ups and downs. John’s sense of humor and easy-going nature made him a favorite in the community. His presence lit up every room he was in. In his free time, he enjoyed going to shows & concerts, comedy clubs, cruising, gambling, and craftsmanship. 

A Funeral Mass will be held on September 23rd 2024 at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Boca Raton FL @ 11am . 

John will be deeply missed but will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
