Glenn Eugene Frazer

The world lost one of the good ones on July 15, 2026. Glenn E. Frazer, Age 77 of Deerfield Beach, FL died peacefully after a lengthy illness.  But we know his love of living a full fun life will live on in everyone who had the joy of knowing him.

Glenn (with two n’s) was born on September 19, 1948, in Bay Shore, NY. He liked to be near the water enjoying friendship and camaraderie, but his ultimate enjoyment was spending time with his grandkids.  Glenn taught his sons the value of respect, hard work and never being afraid of a challenge.  He saw the good in everybody and rarely said no to anything or anyone. He was generous and happy.

Glenn loved Deerfield Beach.  Starting in 1977 he owned and operated Pier Deli and Grill’s Market on A1A. He enjoyed golf at the Deerfield Country Club at which he was a very involved member.  He had many businesses including Frazer Warehouse & Distribution.  He was willing to give people a chance to work to improve their lives. He liked boating and cooking for others. He was an excellent cook.  

Glenn leaves behind his devoted wife Leslie (nee Howald), Son Daniel and wife Kate, and his beloved two grandchildren Jack and Charlotte. Glenn is now reunited in heaven with his son Glenn William, father Glenn Phillip and his mother Winnie (nee Flynn).  He is survived by numerous Flynn cousins including Dennis of Holbrook NY, Johnny of Venice, FL, Sean of Boca Raton FL, and Jim Boyd of E. Northport, NY. He leaves behind an extremely large community of friends who will miss him dearly.

Glenn was a proud American and U.S. Army veteran, Buck Sargeant Artillery who served in Korea during the Vietnam War.

A visitation will be held at Glick Family Funeral Home on Friday July 24 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  A Catholic Funeral Mass will be held at St. Ambrose Church in Deerfield Beach on Saturday July 25 at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Veteran tribute.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to any organization serving United States Veterans and First Responders.
