In loving memory of Evangelia Athinaiou Theodorakatos
January 25, 1958 - January 25, 2025
Evangelia was born in Kefalonia, Greece in 1958 to parents Ioannis and Anna, where she later had her two sons. She came to America in 2011 where both her grandchildren were born. In 2016 she met her husband Diamantis and was married in 2019 on Long Island, NY. In 2021, Evangelia and her husband moved to Delray Beach where she resided until her passing.
She is survived by her husband Diamantis. Her sons Nikolaos and Dimitrios. Her daughter-in-laws Nancy and Penelope. Her grandson Marcello and granddaughter Evelyn. Her brothers Mickael, Gerasimos, and Kostas. Her step-daughter Melissa, as well as relatives in Kefalonia.
A visitation will be held from 9:15 - 10 AM on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at St. Mark Greek Orthodox Church with a Funeral Service to begin at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow at Palm Beach Memorial Park in Lantana with a luncheon to follow.
The family requests those who wish to express sympathy to consider making a donation to their favorite charity in Evangelia's name.
