Elouise Bennett

Elouise Veronica Bennett (nee Pinnock) 71 years old of Boca Raton, Florida, passed away peacefully Friday, January 9th, 2026 at Boulevard Rehabilitation Center. She is survived by her children Owen Mason, Heather McLeggan, and Charlotte Mason‑Anderson; her daughter‑in‑law Elizabeth Burton; and her sons‑in‑law Dr. David McLeggan and Albert Anderson. She leaves behind 7 grandchildren, 3 brothers, 2 sisters, 3 nieces, 6 nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.

Born and raised in Jamaica, Elouise worked as a garment factory worker, store attendant, and housekeeper before migrating to the United States in the 1990s. She later earned her certification as a Nursing Assistant and worked with several nursing home agencies, becoming well known and respected within her field.

Elouise was a devoted mother and a true family woman who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.  

A visitation will be held from 9-9:45 AM on Sunday, February 1 at Glick Family Funeral Home, 3600 N. Federal Hwy., Boca Raton, FL, 33431 where a Funeral Service will begin at 9:45 AM.  Burial will follow at the Boca Raton Cemetery.
