Dorothy Joan Herrick

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dorothy J. Herrick, 81, of Boca Raton, FL. She passed away peacefully on February 24, 2025 after a long battle with metastatic cancer surrounded by the love of her family and friends.

She was born in the Bronx, New York on May 25, 1943 to Mary & Charlie Campanile bringing so much light into this world. Throughout her life she he was an amazing daughter, mother, grandmother, wife, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. Anyone who was lucky enough to have her in their lives knows how she lit up the room with her smile and her kind words.

She carried her days out between Florida and California spreading joy to not only her loved ones but anyone who was graced with her sparky personality. She always reminded us to laugh and love through life making every moment a joy.

Dorothy was nothing short of a gift from God himself and she will be dearly missed. We love you so much and please watch over us-until we meet again.
