Donna Mae Virostek

Donna Mae Virostek, 84, of Boca Raton, FL passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2026 in Boca Raton, FL. 

Donna Mae Virostek, was deeply cherished by her husband, parents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchild.  She was a devoted wife of her husband Paul, mother to her son Paul, daughters Kristen (deceased) and Jill, and Nana to eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.   

Donna was married to her soulmate, Paul, for 62 years.  They met in Kindergarten and began dating when Paul started college, marrying after college.  Before marriage, Donna was a hairdresser and recounted many fond memories of that time.

In addition to her life in Boca Raton, she cherished memories with Paul, the Upper Northwest, San Francisco and Paris; throughout her travels in the United States with her family and to the south of France with her daughters; and throughout Italy with friends from St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, where she and Paul were active parishioners for more than fifty-five years.

Donna was a constant presence in local civic life, working on Election Day every year at the city voting stations.  She was on the Boca Raton Parks Commission for years advocating for Boca Raton's city parks.  Donna played tennis with the Boca Raton community tennis organizations and traveled to Mexico to represent the group in an exchange event.

Donna excelled in cooking, particularly Chinese cuisine, and participated in community classed in Boca Raton.  Her recipes will be treasured and passed down through generations.

She had many friends in Boca Raton and in the St. Joan of Arc community, and will be deeply missed for her quick wit, spicy personality, ever-present smile, and love of laughter.

Donna was predeceased by her daughter Kristen, who we can find comfort in knowing that they are together in Heaven.

A visitation will be held from 9-10:30 AM on Friday January 30 at Glick Family Funeral Home in Boca Raton.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 30 at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Boca Raton.  Entombment will follow at the Boca Raton Mausoleum.
