David Bruce Brown, 86, Born December 21, 1935, passed away peacefully at home.
David was born in Brooklyn, moving to Olean, NY in the late 1940’s. He attended and played football for the University of Buffalo then he proudly served in the Army from 1958-1964. He received a Bachelor Degree from St. Bonaventure University while working as a New York Police officer and raising his family with his wife, Sue.
In 1972 he moved his family to Boca Raton, Florida where he worked at Bellsouth for twenty-five years. He spent many years coaching his sons in Boca Jets football. His most loved hobby was telling stories of American History and spending time with his son’s and their families.
David is survived by his sons, Scott (Kathleen), Darren (Lori), Robb (Roseann), David (Kimberly). His grandchildren, Rhyan Waite (Ryan), Jourdin Delesparra (Justin), Zachary, Samantha, David, Alexander, Scott, Isabella, Tylr, Caitlynn, Nicholas, Greyson. His great-grandchildren, Farrah, Maddox, and Rykker. His nieces, nephews, and many friends.
He is predeceased by his parents, William George Brown, Jessie Bruce Brown, wife Sue Ann (Milne) Brown, sisters, Marjorie Rienman(John) and Natalie Miller (Kenneth) and grandson Lyric Jai Brown.

A memorial service will be held at Glick Family Funeral Home on Saturday, January 29 at 11am. David will then be interred at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
