Daniel R Czarniewski passed away November 2, 2023 at Trustbridge Hospice Care in Boca Raton, FL. He passed after a long illness of Lewy Body Dementia with Parkinsonism, surrounded by his wife as well as friends and family.
Dan was born June 14, 1951, raised in Madison, NJ, obtained his undergraduate degree from Quincy University, Quincy, Illinois, and Masters degree from Western Illinois University. Dan was the Certified Athletic Trainer at Toms River High School North for 36 years and recently inducted into their Athletic Hall of Fame.
Dan was married to Kathleen Czarniewski (née Hickey) for 49 years, having met at Quincy College, now University. They resided in Pine Beach, NJ and retired in Boca Raton, FL.
Dan loved the NY Yankees, the Jersey shore, boating, water skiing, fishing, and his real passion was golf, which he enjoyed playing and competing with friends.
Caption Dan was predeceased by his father Victor Czarniewski, mother Marie ( Donovan) Czarniewski and brother, Robert Czarniewski.
Dan will be buried in Illinois on November 12th and a separate Memorial Service in Toms River, NJ on December 2nd.
Dan was a bigger than life kind of guy. He loved sports, his career as Athletic Trainer because he got to interact with high schoolers, boys and girls, and their sports. He loved being with his wife, friends and family. He will be deeply missed every day.
