Cynthia Kaye Ruiz Ruiz

Cynthia Kaye (George) Ruiz Ruiz passed away on January 13th, 2023 in Delray Beach, Florida. She was born in Wheeling, WV on January 30th, 1994. Cynthia was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Alma Sue and John Wood. She is survived by her spouse, Fabiola; mother, Sue George (Silvio “ Butch” Paesani);  father, Brian George; brother, Keith George; paternal grandparents, Jeanette Lawrence and Roger George (Cheryl) and aunts, uncles and cousins.  

Cynthia attended St. Clairsville High School and ran cross country track. She was a professional dog groomer and loved being around dogs even though sometimes they bit her during grooming sessions. She enjoyed the beach and camping, and at those times she found a brief reprieve from her trials and tribulations. The outdoors helped her to find peace and tranquility. She had a loving heart and was deeply loved by her friends. Her favorite colors were pink, pink and more pink. Cynthia loved music and one of her favorite artists was Britney Spears.

Cynthia was intelligent, energetic, gifted with a bubbly personality, and a great smile. She was blessed with the ability to quickly connect with people and make them feel loved. She was always eager to help people, her phone was constantly on for those in need.

Unfortunately, Cynthia made the journey to be with God much sooner than we wanted. Jesus now gets to hold a young lady with a loving soul, an infectious smile and a heart that so desperately wanted to love and be loved. In our time of heartache, we cling to God’s promises and look forward to the day when we will be reunited with her again.  

Memorial services will be held Jan 21 , 2023, 11:00 am at  All Saints Lutheran Church. Pastor Derek Hoven will officiate.
