Cristian N.J. Hart Nibbrig

Cristian Hart Nibbrig II age 84, son of Christian and Eulalia Hart Nibbrig, was born in Buenos Aires Argentina on October 4, 1938. He passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on
January 7, 2022, in Miami Florida.

At a young age Cristian developed a passion for flying which lasted his entire life. He received his pilot license before he obtained his driver’s license. After graduating from St. Andrews Scots School in Buenos Aires, he continued his love for flying by attending and graduating from the Parks College of Aviation at St. Louis University. He began a long career in aviation working for numerous airlines as a pilot until finding his niche in airplane sales. Cristian was a natural salesman, as his knowledge of aviation was coupled with his well-spoken, charismatic
demeanor. He could engage anyone in conversation and was a wonderful storyteller. He continued his career working for Cesena, Bombardier, and retiring with Gulfstream Aerospace.

In 1968 while working for Braniff Airlines, Christian met his true love Helena Francisca Valdman.  They would soon marry in June of that year. They had three children: Christian born in 1971, Alejandro born in 1973, and Veronica born in 1978. Cristian was a loving husband and parent who often showed his love by gift-giving. He had a goofy sense of humor, and he was very interested in the lives of his grandchildren who adored him.

Cristian had a passion for traveling and one of Cristian and Helena’s favorite things to do was to travel and experience different cultures and see the region’s artwork and architecture. Cristian was also very proud to be an Argentine.  He adored Argentina and all its wonderful foods, wine culture, history, and people.

Cristian had a generous spirit. He was always willing to help people whenever he could, whether a young man starting his own car washing business or someone that fell on hard times
and needed to get back on track. He treated everyone with kindness and respect, happy to hear your story and eager to share his own.  

He is survived by his loving wife Helena Francisca Hart Nibbrig, his children, grandchildren and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and his sister Johanna Hart Nibbrig.
