Charlene M. Lazzari

Charlene M. Lazzari, 79, of Boca Raton, FL, formerly of Staten Island, N.Y., left us to be with the Lord on March 4, 2023, following a courageous battle with acute myeloid leukemia.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Josephine Lazzari, and her sister, Patricia Periera.

She is survived by four children: Elyse Nelson, Laurel Salsberry, Jill Wells, and Robert Phraner; ten grandchildren: Haley Nelson, Grant Nelson, Brandt Salsberry, Christina Salsberry, Cara Salsberry, Christopher Felicetti, Brooke Felicetti, Michael Phraner, Robby Phraner, and Stephen Phraner; and one great- grandson, Gabriel Phraner.

Charlene was an executive secretary on Wall Street for 20 years. She sang in the church choir, enjoyed painting, swimming, and spending time with her family and friends.

Services will be held at The Gardens of Boca Raton on March 10, 2023 at 10:30 a.m.
