Cary Joseph Strauss

Cary Joseph Strauss, born on January 5, 1990, in Voorhees, NJ, passed away on June 27, 2024, in Florida at the age of 34. He is survived by his devoted parents, Sonia and Eric Strauss, his loving sister, Aly Strauss, and his sister-in-law, Lauren Brennan. Cary was predeceased by his grandparents, Murray and Muriel Strauss, and Maria Louisa and Jose Limos.

Cary graduated from Shawnee High School in 2008. He found his true calling as a professional barber, where he expressed his artistic talent and dedication to his craft. Cary was also an avid artist who enjoyed drawing, and he had a deep love for animals, especially dogs.

A fan of the Phillies and Eagles, Cary loved watching sports and playing video games. His childhood was filled with soccer, and as an adult, he enjoyed boxing and working out at the gym. His sweet and caring nature made him easy to talk to, and he was known for his loving and compassionate personality.

Cary will be remembered as a loving son, brother, and friend who cared deeply about others. His kindness and gentle spirit touched the lives of many, and he will be greatly missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 12-2 PM on Saturday, July 13 at Glick Family Funeral Home in Boca Raton.
