It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our cherished daughter and sister, Brooke Nicole Stark, on April 11, 2025, in Boca Raton, Florida, alongside her devoted father, Stephen Stark, and her adoring Pop Pop, Bob Stark.
Brooke was born on May 27, 2007, in Boca Raton and lived in Delray Beach, Florida. She is survived by her loving mother, Amy Stark, and younger sister, Bridget Stark—her forever partner in crime. Brooke’s light touched the lives of countless cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and friends, and her impact on this world is immeasurable.
To know Brooke was to feel seen, loved, and uplifted. She radiated kindness, humility, and compassion far beyond her years. She had an unmistakable light, and she made it her personal goal to enter every room with a smile. Though she was exceptional in every way—beautiful, brilliant, and accomplished—she remained grounded and focused on making others feel special. She had an innate ability to measure and choose the right decision. Brooke had a quiet confidence that never sought the spotlight, yet it followed her naturally.
A standout student, Brooke was completing her International Baccalaureate Diploma at Atlantic Community High School, where she served as President of the National Honor Society and was voted “Most Likely to Succeed” by her peers. She was also a dedicated competitive cheerleader for six years, bringing passion, poise, and heart to everything she did.
Brooke found joy in sharing life’s simple and beautiful moments—watching beach sunsets beside those she cherished, lingering in bookstores and coffee shops with loved ones, hiking, snowboarding and boating with her family, and singing her heart out during music-filled drives. She was known for her positivity and her unwavering loyalty to the people she loved—especially her sister, Bridget, for whom she always brought back little surprises from her adventures.
Brooke’s legacy is one of kindness, integrity, and radiant inner beauty. Her absence leaves a silence no words can fill, but we know she continues to walk with us, lighting our paths with the same warmth and grace she shared every day of her life.
A service in celebration of Brooke’s life will be held on May 24, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Advent Church of Boca Raton, Florida.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Brooke’s honor may be made to Meals with Meaning of St. Gregory’s Episcopal Church of Boca https://www.stgregorysepiscopal.org/meals-with-meaning and Boca Helping Hands https://www.bocahelpinghands.org/, both with the goal to provide meals and support for the homeless—a cause Brooke cared deeply about and served with love.
