Brian Edward Yoder

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the sudden death of Brian Edward Yoder, 66.

Brian was born in Utica, New York to Gloria and Donald Yoder. He graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, New York in 1979. There he met the love of his life, Patricia Gaglianello, on a blind date. Brian officially began his 44 year career as a Software Developer in 1979 at IBM Boca Raton. He also worked at IBM Austin, TX. In 2000, he continued his career at a variety of South Florida companies until his retirement in August 2022.

He was predeceased by his parents and his brother, Kevin David Yoder. Brian is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Patricia Yoder and his 3 children:  Michelle “River” Patricia Burton, their wife, Jocelyn, Jennifer “Reignier” Leigh Yoder, and Craig Philip Yoder. He is survived by his sister, Lisa Marie Yoder. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was loved by all and will be greatly missed.

Friends may call from 3:00pm to 4:00pm on Wednesday, May 17 with the Memorial Service starting at 4:00pm at Glick Family Funeral Home, 3600 N. Federal Highway, Boca Raton, FL 33431.
