Brenda Joyce (Whisman) Murray

Last April 28th, 2021 Brenda Joyce (Whisman) Murray took her final breath after a fierce battle with cancer.  The sun rose and the world welcomed Brenda on April 6, 1950 in Dearborn, Michigan a day the world became a little brighter.

Brenda's parents Zeldon and Katherine Whisman had thirteen children, Jack, Sandy, Peggy (deceased), Kathy, Brenda, Ross, Kim, Donna, Jerry, Ronnie (deceased), Judy, Scott, and Danny.  All together their entire family can fill up a baseball stadium!

In Boca Raton, in the year 1964, (the year of the very first Beatles album, and Dan's all time favorite Christmas gift) Brenda met Daniel Murray and the two were inseparable from that point on.  Dan and Brenda were married in 1969, married for over 53 years and had three sons, Patrick, Daniel and Michael.  Brenda dedicated over forty years working for Joe Roth Glass, a local family business.  She is the grandmother of five boys Josh, Nikolas, Collin, Liam, Brogan and one girl, Teagan.  Great grandmother of two girls, Finley and Reese.

Brenda was a passionately dedicated mother to her children, raising all three boys to go on to accomplish great things.  Family came first and was above all else to Brenda, a value she instilled in all those around her.  The vast hole left by her absence is impossible to fill.

Brenda was always the most loving, strong, kind, and supportive daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, great grandmother and loyal friend to everyone.  Her knowledge and guidance was the foundation of the family.
