Anthony Muttillo, age 69, of Boca Raton, Florida, passed away peacefully on October 22, 2025 at Parkside Inn in Boynton Beach, Florida.
Anthony was born on December 4, 1955, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Dominic and Pauline Muttillo, who also grew up in Cleveland. He attended Holy Rosary School through junior high, graduated from Brush High School, and developed lifelong friendships and a deep love for sports — especially football and boxing.
After moving to South Florida, Anthony met the love of his life, Rachell, with whom he shared 33 years of marriage.
Anthony was known for his unbelievable work ethic, incredible sense of humor, and strong family values. He worked as a marble contractor for his company, Architectural Stone Creation, in the construction field for over 35 years, where he was respected for his transparency, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things the right way.
Outside of work, Anthony loved golf, cooking, making wine, football Sundays, and trips back to his hometown. He will be remembered most for his big heart, selflessness, loyalty, and respect.
Anthony is survived by his wife, Rachell Ann Muttillo; his son, Anthony; and his daughter, Gianna. He is also survived by his brother, Dominic Muttillo, and his wife Teresa, and their daughters Meresa, Gabriella, and Paulina; and his sister, Toni, her husband Carl Scalabrino, and their daughters Monique and Carla; and his brother, Jon Graff and his wife Patty Graff.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Paulette Muttillo, and his parents, Dominic “Minic” and Pauline “Maxine” Muttillo.
A memorial service will be held at Ascension Catholic Church on Friday, November 14th, 2025 at 11:00 am with Father Adam officiating.
Family and friends are invited to attend and share memories in celebration of Anthony’s life.
