Scott William Parmelee

Scott Parmelee, age 47, passed away on June 10, 2017.

Scott was born on October 16, 1969 in Rockledge, FL and lived in Roanoke, VA for 16 years before moving to Florida.  Scott has lived in South FL since 1987 and is survived by his Mother, Priscilla Parmelee, his Father, William Parmelee of Boca Raton, FL and his Sister, Candie Tomlinson from Vinton, VA.
